Short answer
No. As of November 6, 2026, Fragmentary Order has no Steam page and no Steam release has been announced. It is published exclusively on COR3, a direct-to-consumer PC platform, and the developers say it is in development for PC only.

The answer
Fragmentary Order is not on Steam. There is no store page, no wishlist button and no announced Steam release. The game is published exclusively on COR3, which GamesBeat describes as a direct-to-consumer PC publisher and platform. Fragmentary Order is COR3's first major title.

The official Q&A after the reveal said the game is "currently in development for PC only." "Currently" leaves the door open, but nothing has been promised.
Why no Steam?
Rant Gaming hasn't explained the choice. The obvious parallel is Escape from Tarkov, which spent years sold only through Battlestate's own site and launcher. Selling direct also fits how Fragmentary Order is built: the cor3.gg ARG, COR3 ranks and Prime Batch discounts all depend on your COR3 account.
Prime Batch and Steam keys
"Will Prime Batch include Steam tests or an eventual Steam key?" is one of the most common questions on r/FragmentaryOrder. There is no official answer yet. What is confirmed is that both Prime Batch editions include the full game at release, on COR3. See Prime Batch explained.
Searches are rising anyway
Google Trends shows "fragmentary order steam" among the fastest-rising related searches since the November 4 reveal. Plenty of players are hoping for one.
